Quite simply; convenience. Order at midnight, pick it up in 2-3 days time by simply coming to the clinic where after calling us we will place in your car.
I'm having trouble finding the item I want. Any tips?
Sometimes the description of the item may include terms not on the bag or packaging. Often times if you search for the condition and species you are trying to feed then the product will filter out. As always don't hesitate to reach out if having concerns either through the webstore contact us button or via facebook is the best way.
How do I know my item has arrived?
Orders generally arrive in 2-3 business days.
When will my items arrive?
We will send you a text message letting you know your package is available for pick up. If you do not have text we will call you for notification of arrival. At present your order status will not update on the webstore itself. It will read pending even if it has arrived or been picked up.
