Dr. Megan Herman

Dr. Megan Herman

Megan is a veterinary graduate from the University of Calgary and is now the owner of the clinic with her husband Ben. She likes working with large and small animals, but cats are her favorite. Megan grew up in Medicine Hat and spent her summers working here throughout university. In her spare time, Megan likes to spend time with her husband, family, friends and two orange cats. Her hobbies include playing baseball, boating, jogging, reading and shopping.

OVC ’83 – Beef, cow/calf, feedlot, dairy, buffalo.

His hobbies include ranching, skiing, golfing and recently travelling.

WCVM ’03 – Small animal preventive medicine, dentistry and rescue work.

Kendra has worked in Regina and Lethbridge, and she has many pets at home.

Dr. Jan Stalwick

Dr. Jan Stalwick

Jan graduated from UCVM in 2014 and gained her certification in Canine Rehabilitation in 2016. In her spare time she works on her husband's farm and spends time with her dog Grim and two cats; Pidgeon and Millennium Falcon.

Dr. Robyne Rosenberger

A recent addition to our team, Robyne works part-time at our animal hospital. She recently added a young cat to her family. Robyn enjoys painting, crafts and reading.

Sarah Begin – RAHT

Sarah Begin – RAHT

Sarah moved to Medicine Hat in 2011 with her husband and two daughters from Calgary. She has been working as a technician since graduating from Fairview College in 2003. Pastimes include horseback riding, camping, hiking, and skiing.

Denniel Brown

Denniel attended Olds College and graduated in 2011. Since graduating she has spent her career focused on small animals but since joining our team has enjoyed dealing with pocket pets and sneaking a peek into our large animal practices. Denniel enjoys pet nutrition and has 50+ hours of continuing education on this topic alone. At home she has 4 dogs; Marjory + Red (the boxers), Oakley (a pug) and Kash (a diabetic Chihuahua). On top of that she shares her home with 1 lizard. In her spare time she enjoys anything that involves the sun and relaxing as well as concerts and never ending home renovations.

Katie spent her younger years in Nova Scotia, Ontario and Bolivia, South America. She settled here in Alberta with her family in 2005. Her love for animals has always been a passion in her life. She graduated from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in 2010 as an Animal Health Technologist and has been working in Medicine Hat as a technician since then. She is a seasoned runner and loves to train for marathons as well as traveling, cooking and hanging out with friends and family. She enjoys spending time at home with her husband Daniel and their cat Olive and dog Cinder.

Leslie Pocsik – RAHT

Leslie attended Olds College and graduated with honours as an Animal Health Technologist in 1980, beginning her career at the Defense Research Establishment Suffield working with primates. She has worked in the veterinary field for over 28 years and enjoys her career today as much as she did when she first started. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her husband, 2 sons and daughter, along with her special dog Sadie. She is also a proud grandma to her two grandsons and enjoys spending as much time with them as she can. Her hobbies include jogging, spending time outdoors and, of course, shopping!


Jessica Gray

Jessica Gray – Veterinary Office Manager

Jessica was born and raised in the Medicine Hat area. She graduated from the Veterinary Office Assistant program at the Academy of Learning in 2000. She began working as a receptionist at a local clinic in 2003 and has been working in the veterinary field ever since. Her favourite part of the job is getting to know clients and spending time with their furry companions. She is married and a mom of busy 1-year-old twins. Her hobbies include hanging out with family and friends, travelling, being outdoors and shopping.

Holley Tschritter

Holley Tschritter – Receptionist

Holley was born and raised in Medicine Hat. She graduated from the Academy of Learning College with her Medical Office Assistant diploma with Veterinary Specialty in March 2014 and has been working at the clinic since then. Holley has always loved animals but was unable to have them growing up. Now she is married with three daughters, a granddaughter and has added two fur babies, Oreo, a Labrador retriever and Canuwky, a Cocker Spaniel. With her love for animals and always wanting to work in the medical field somehow, now Holley feels she has the best of both worlds.

Samantha Lole

Sam graduated from the Medical Office Assistant program in 2016. After completing her practicum at the clinic Sam joined the team. She loves working with animals and has her own 3 cats. In her spare time Sam enjoys being with her two daughters, family, friends, fur children and volunteering for local animal rescues.
