I find medicine really interesting and enjoy working with animals so the veterinary field was the perfect combination. I graduated from the Medical Office Assistant program at the Academy of Learning in 2016. I then attended Thompson Rivers University for my Animal Health Technology diploma graduating in 2020. What I enjoy most in this field are paediatric care and shelter medicine. When a sick animal comes in you are able to care for them and get them feeling better. Nothing better than seeing that animal get to go home and seeing their owner’s happy face. I have a St. Bernard and a Chihuahua and they are the best of buds.
